Qigong is an ancient Chinese movement practice based on the meridians of the body (as with acupuncture and yin yoga).  It is a form of moving meditation, done either standing or seated, that combines breath with gentle movement.


In this series with Anne Harrison, students can expect to learn:

To use movement, breath, and visualization to lower stress and anxiety

To increase focus and improve balance and flexibility


This series is appropriate for all levels of practice.
