Dance Mandala is a movement meditation practice for anyone who is inspired by dance as a way to calm the mind, stretch the body, and deepen self-awareness. Through dance, breath, and meditation, we cultivate peace, creativity, and spaciousness so we can reconnect with being in our bodies and discover our inner bliss.
Wear comfortable yoga clothing and bring layers and water. We'll be dancing barefoot.
Pricing: $35; $30 for members.
Coping with Cancer: Yoga and Conversation

In this monthly class designed for young people affected by cancer, we’ll move through a gentle vinyasa flow appropriate for all levels. Then all students are invited to a nearby cafe for conversation and community.
NEW Class: Pilates for Longevity (New Teacher)

This mat-based class takes a moderate and accessible approach to Pilates in order to increase flexibility, mobility, balance, and overall strength. Students can expect a ton of modifications, props, and variations to support their unique needs. This class is appropriate for beginners, seniors, students looking to ease back into Pilates, those recovering from an illness or injury, or students looking for a slower paced, ease-ful class. Join us Thursdays at 1:30 beginning October 3.
Please note, this class is taught by a new teacher and offered at a reduced drop-in rate of $10.
Toddler + Me Yoga
