It will include self check-ins at the beginning of class, a brief group check-in, gentle asana practices, breathwork, and guided meditations. We will explore the Koshas and how this five-layer model of Self can support recovery. All practices are offered with trauma sensitivity in mind and a focus on self-compassion.

This series is led by Sarah Park, a seasoned yoga practitioner, teacher (E-RYT200, RYT500), and a person in recovery from her own eating disorder.

Pricing: This series costs $120 for all six sessions.
