Mindful Mobility (Lower Body)

The saying "use it, lose it" can very much be applied to our body's ability to move in all of the ways it was designed to. In this two-part series (come to one or both!) with Ellie, we will explore the major joints, moving through a series of exercises to encourage freedom of movement. This workshop is designed for practitioners of all levels and will incorporate specific yoga postures as a means to explore range of motion.  

In week one, Lower Body Mobility, we'll explore the feet, ankles, knees, hips, and spine. What to expect: 
-Muscle release around specific joints through self massage and stretching 
-Strength exercises using lightweight resistance bands and body weight 
-A slow flow to integrate mind and body 

Pricing: $40; $30 for members and Early Birds through May 25th.

Women's Circle

Dates: 6/1/2024 to 6/1/2024

This monthly gathering for those venturing into perimenopause and menopause is an opportunity to connect and support one another in a safe, confidential space. You are invited, but not required, to share how we are caring for our minds and bodies during this time. 


Women’s circles are an ancient tradition found in many cultures and are all about creating and holding space for each other’s joys and challenges. 


This is not a movement-based class, but please bring or wear what you need to comfortably sit on the floor. LGBTQIA+ Affirming.

Summer Solstice Yoga + Journaling

Dates: Saturday, June 15, 2024

Join Kris for a heart-opening vinyasa flow and journaling session to welcome the Summer Solstice. In this two-hour workshop, you will be led through breathwork, meditation, an energetic vinyasa flow, and journaling prompts examining the seasonal, astrological, and Ayurvedic transitions from spring to summer. Please bring your yoga mat, a journal, and a pen or pencil. You do not need to be an experienced writer, poet, or yogi to participate--all are welcome!
