Level: Open to all levels, but an introduction to postures and your provider's approval is recommended

Class Description: This class supports the pregnant person through all three trimesters and the postpartum period. Students can expect community building through group sharing, movement appropriate for a pregnant or postnatal body, and rest or guided relaxation.



Emma Silverman

Emma took her first yoga class with her mom in 1999 and finished her teacher training in 2007. She teaches prenatal, restorative, senior, and flow classes (a real smorgasbord). In her classes she plays music (usually), tells very bad jokes (always), and offers lots of modifications.

Ellie Conrad

Ellie's yoga practice has guided her through years of self-discovery. Because of the continuous rediscovery of the transformative nature of yoga, it has become her most important guidepost for growth. Ellie began teaching in 2015 and completed her second 200-hr teacher training with Kula Yoga Project in 2021. In her yoga classes, you can expect challenging, creative, alignment based sequencing with a focus on breath in order to harmonize body, breath and mind.
