$60.00 Prenatal Partner Yoga
In this special practice, Stephanie Preller will guide you and your partner through breathing techniques and yoga poses that are particularly beneficial and supportive during the prenatal, delivery, and postpartum process. Through physical contact with your partner, you will experience a deeper sense of release and help create space in your body. The workshop is a wonderful compliment
to prenatal yoga and child birthing education classes. No prior yoga experience
is necessary and the registration is good for two. You are welcome to bring your partner, a pal, parent, or whomever you'd like to share in this experience.
This workshop will offer:
— Yoga sequences and postures that help alleviate aches
and pains and are especially beneficial during pregnancy and labor/delivery
— Breathing and light massage techniques to help relieve
pain and increase endorphins
— Relaxing and restorative postures to help you find more
ease in the mind and body
— Opportunity to connect with other pregnant women and
their support team in a safe space, to discuss resources, questions, ideas, and
challenges
Pricing: This workshop costs $60; $50 early bird available through February 23. The price is good for you and your partner. After you register, please email your patner's full name, email, and their vaccination card to info@pasttensestudio.com.
Stephanie Preller
Stephanie began her yoga journey in 2016 after moving to a new city, initially in search of a good workout and a sense of community. She was immediately hooked by the perfect blend of challenge, strength, and inner calm and balance that she received from the practice. When Stephanie became pregnant with her son she began doing prenatal yoga, which was instrumental in helping her cultivate the physical and emotional strength and calm that was so important during her pregnancy and throughout new motherhood. Her goal is to provide accessible, well rounded, and empowering classes that emphasize the importance of the mind-body connection.
