Join Kelly DiNardo and Amy Rizzotto for this energizing workshop, designed to teach you the skills you need to comfortably and confidently teach a fun, full-body workout similar to Past Tense’s Mind/Body Bootcamp. You will both experience an abbreviated class yourself and learn various ways to format the class, fundamental moves and adaptations. There will be plenty of time for questions, discussion, and practice.

This training is for those comfortable with basic anatomy, body alignment, movement terminology, and teaching cues. Whether you use this information to inform your own movement, studio classes or spice it up with your private clients looking to get stronger, this workshop will help you grow your overall skill set. Non-teachers are also welcome! This is open to students who would like to build their own personal knowledge and learn ways to create or mix-up their at-home workouts.

Pricing: This workshop costs $60; $50 early bird discount good through May 18. CEUs are available

Kelly DiNardo

Kelly discovered yoga when she was procrastinating on a writing assignment. Parked on a yoga mat, she not only cleared her writer’s block but developed a new passion. She has been teaching yoga for over fifteen years. She opened Past Tense with the hope of giving others the same strength, balance and flexibility she finds on the mat in a place that is open and welcoming.
