Lorraine started practicing yoga at a very early age as part of her training in dance and rediscovered the practice as an adult. Lorraine has practiced several forms of yoga including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Jivamukti, Dharma, and Restorative yoga. In 2013, Lorraine completed the 500 hour YogaWorks teacher training and Restorative yoga certificates and her teaching is a combination of the many forms of yoga that she’s practiced throughout the years. Her focus is on the breath, alignment, gentle awareness, and conscious relaxation.
