Emma Ford

Emma initially fell in love with yoga as a college student looking for stress relief. Since then, it's become a way for her to move, find a home in her body, understand emotions, and become a better human being. Emma completed her 200-hour training at Yoga District and has previous background teaching group fitness classes. She intends to create an inviting environment where students feel welcome to make their practice their own.  And she teaches playful classes designed to strike a balance between effort and ease.
