Cole Wolf

Cole (they/them) began practicing yoga in 2018 while recovering from a running injury. They did their teacher training during the pandemic with the intention of bringing yoga as a form of healing to others, especially people in the queer and trans community. They love talking about anatomy and modifications, strength training for injury prevention, and how to use yoga as a means of building a strong mind-body connection. They live in Logan Circle and can usually be found reading in coffeeshops throughout NW.
