Spring Fling Challenge

Join us for a transformative week of yoga exploration as we honor the spring equinox with our Spring Fling Challenge. Just as nature awakens to new possibilities, we invite you to expand your practice by stepping out of your comfort zone and discovering new aspects of yoga.
Between March 17-23, take one class with either a new-to-you teacher or in a class format you've never tried before. Maybe you're a dedicated vinyasa student ready to explore restorative, or perhaps you've always wanted to try that early morning teacher everyone raves about. Your fresh perspective awaits!
After your class, fill out the quick raffle form in the lobby to be entered to win one of three raffle prizes: a Wild Mingo yoga mat, pair of TuneUp balls, or a copy of Living the Sutras. Plus, all participants receive a free Past Tense water bottle while supplies last! Enter as many times as you take a new-to-you class.
Yoga + Conditioning for Runners

Whether you’re a beginner runner or elite athlete, strength conditioning and proper recovery can improve your performance and reduce your risk of injury. In this workshop with Lauren, students can expect:
— A power vinyasa flow + conditioning exercises to support the runner’s body and better tolerate the repetitive motions associated with running
— Breathing exercises and meditation to improve your mental game
— Stretches, foam rolling, and self-massage techniques to relieve tight muscles and increase flexibility
Please bring your own massage balls (available for purchase in studio) or two tennis balls.
*This workshop costs $45; $37.50 for members and early birds (through March 16th)

Planting the Seed: Yoga + Journaling

Join Kris for a heart-opening vinyasa flow and journaling session to plant the seeds for a fruitful spring. In this 90-minute workshop, you will be led through breathwork, meditation, a gentle vinyasa flow, and guided journaling prompts examining all the ways you'd like to bloom in the coming season.
Please bring your yoga mat, a journal, and a writing utensil. You do not need to be an experienced writer or yogi to participate - beginners, journal-ers, and award winning writers all welcome!
Price: $40; $35 for members and early bird good through April 1
