Candlelight Chill

This candle-lit class incorporates a blend of restorative and Yin postures, breathwork, and guided meditation to recharge, heal the effects of stress, and bring the nervous system into a more balanced state. Students should expect to move very slowly and rest in postures for extended periods of time with the support of props.
