Breathwork

Breathwork, or pranayama, involves consciously controlling our breathing patterns to address physical, mental, and emotional needs. In this monthly class, we’ll explore one to three breathing techniques, both ancient and contemporary, that will aim to elicit a particular outcome, such as greater energy, deeper focus, or better relaxation.
