Bara began practicing yoga 25 years ago as part of her fitness routine and then fell in love with the ways the practice helps her care for her spirit too. She offers a welcoming, supportive practice for all levels to connect with their breath, body, and mind. She enjoys teaching sequences that help yogis build strength and self-confidence. She received her 500-hour teacher training certification via Past Tense studios in 2020. Beyond the mat, Bara is a health journalist and enjoys sailing, hiking and spending time with her family and two dogs.
